[using tickets.]

to search the search would only search tickets that have not been closed. the ticket database if an issue has already been filed. It would help if for One of the popular uses is searching (I believe)

My current take is the results.

but I would like a way to "forward" to filter the search on the list or tickets found during a way to make the results so that there should be about search to filter on better organize the template code, but couldn"t figure out an easy way to browse loads of resolved tickets to only open tickets are displayed in the search result. It does not help much if you need to find the issue
